Case example: Discover the clinical impact of pre-restorative alignment
This case study highlights the possible outcomes with pure restorative or ortho-restorative techniques.

Initial:
The patient presented with Class I malocclusion, crowding, edge to edge bite, missing 1.2 and narrow arches. The main goal of treatment was the treatment was opening 1.2’s implant space.

Post pre-restorative tooth alignment:
6mm implant space was opened with expansion of upper arch and proclination of upper anterior without any tipping movement.

Implant placement and restorative finishing
After implant treatment, due to asymmetric shape of the incisors and with the request of the patient, porcelain laminate veneers was performed on 1.1,2.1 and 2.2
